You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service. While Fanxcel employs measures designed to mimic human outreach and adhere to platform limitations, using any form of automation on third-party platforms carries inherent risks, including the potential suspension or termination of your third-party accounts. Fanxcel is not liable for any such disciplinary actions taken by third-party platforms.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.
Fanxcel does not guarantee any specific number of subscribers, financial returns, or conversion rates. Results depend entirely on the quality of your content, your target audience, and your niche.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
